Tim Hockin is a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Google, where he works on the Kubernetes cluster management system.  He is responsible for storage and networking in Kubernetes, among other things.  Before Kubernetes he worked on Google's internal cluster systems, Borg and Omega, and before that he worked in Google's Platforms team doing machine bringup, BIOS, Kernel, and system software.
